use
1. alkylene phosphorus is a contact insecticide, which is used for stomach toxicity. It can effectively control cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes and other pests, as well as cow lice.
2. It has contact and stomach poison effects, mainly used to control pests such as cockroaches, flies and mosquitoes
production method
In the presence of catalyst and acid binding agent, the intermediate obtained by the reaction of 3-hydroxybutenoic acid isopropyl ester and thiophosphoryl chloride is condensed with methanol and ethylamine to obtain alkylene phosphorus. In industrial production, tributylamine is added to the mixture of isopropyl acetoacetate and thiophosphoryl chloride, stirred and cooled at -3 ℃ during feeding, continued to stir at 0-3 ℃ for 4.5h, separated viscous oily liquid, added toluene and petroleum ether, filtered out tributylammonium chloride, the filtrate is concentrated in vacuum at a bath temperature of 30 ℃, methanol is added to the residue, reduced to 0 ℃ as quickly as possible, the feeding temperature is -5 ℃, mixed at 0 ℃ and stirred for 4.5h. The reaction mixture is extracted twice with about 10% hydrochloric acid solution. Adding petroleum ether during the second extraction is conducive to extraction. The petroleum ether is washed with water and alkali, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate to remove the solvent to obtain alkylene phosphorus. Raw material consumption quota: tributylamine 670kg/t, isopropyl acetoacetate 520kg/t, phosphoryl chloride 650kg/t, methanol 470kg/t, ethylamine (70%)820kg/t.
